Recovering Youtube account removed undeservedly

Hi, maybe some users knows that my Youtube account was removed by Youtube in last year, I didn't know the reason. Now, I was checking my old emails, and they replied me that my account violated one of the terms of use, the item 4, section H, check out in http://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

According to that, I was using a kinda of spam for promote on of my videos (a video that I was showing the PPSSPP's shaders), but I never used and I never heard about this kinda of service. I wanna know if someone can help to recover my account saying what I need to do. I've sent an email replying this one, asking for evidences about that. I hope they reply.

If someone knows something else I can do, please reply. Thanks!
