The skipping soundtracks bug has been fixed since v0.9.8-474-gf9344b5 (for Burnout Legends and Burnout Dominator.) The black border on the sun on Burnout Legend is already fixed as of v0.9.8-1202 (happened a few builds before 1202, actually.)

I'm using 64 bit Windows builds and have simulate block transfers enabled, btw. I don't have an android device so I can't test if the status is the same on the android builds.

I am wrong the problem has been fixed however I had to manually search for the build rather than just choosing latest download on the PPSSPP website. Thanks for letting me know dude, I was waiting 4 months for this fix
