The skipping soundtracks bug has been fixed since v0.9.8-474-gf9344b5 (for Burnout Legends and Burnout Dominator.) The black border on the sun on Burnout Legend is already fixed as of v0.9.8-1202 (happened a few builds before 1202, actually.)

I'm using 64 bit Windows builds and have simulate block transfers enabled, btw. I don't have an android device so I can't test if the status is the same on the android builds.

Just checked it out for myself and the issue is still present for both Burnout Legends and Burnout Dominator. Soundtrack still skipping every 6 seconds or so. Using ppsspp version 0.9.8. Any help?
