Tweaking ARM jit to PPC64 shouldn't be a reaaally tough job to do comparing to projects that have x86/x64 jit and need to create an ARM or PPC64 one. I believe your best chance is check ARM jit and base most of it to create PPC64 one for PS3. The same would work for XBOX360.
