It was announced in many places and confirmed like X hours ago:

Pretty much after the noob-friendly patcher get's completed, it'll be released without further delays that's all and this will very likely happen in few hours.

Yeah, that automatic patcher takes time, specially because I'm doing it so it will work with any valid ISO, so people won't get confused. I'm still planing to release it today. I should have plenty enough time for everything.
