RE: (Probably been asked) does data install improve performance?
Then, turn off Texture Scaling.
Make sure Dynarec-Jit is enabled from system>developer's settings. Check these speed-killing settings if enabled: Post-processing Shaders, Simulate block transfers, Texture Scaling. (all must be unchecked) Some changes in the setting will apply only when you completely restarted the game (start from normal save, not from Savestates) e.g: Software Skinning, Texture Scaling - changeable but doesn't apply immediately, cpu clock. If fps often falls below 30 on busy areas, check auto frameskip (1 for 15fps above, 2 for 15fps below) [Auto Frameskipping will make the movements a bit sloppy only when speed fails to reach 100%/30fps MHFU] Are you sure that your Note3 is not bloated with applications that runs in the background? Its pretty awful for a high freq Quadcore device to be "spiky" on Monster Hunter Freedom Unite at 1-2x resolution; and one more thing, please don't mention on this forum that you're "downloading" games. Download the latest PPSSPP build here Read this Thread for you to understand those settings. | Testing Rig: Windows10 PC | ->Proc: Intel Core i3 4130 ->GPU: Nvidia GTX660 GDDR5 1GB ->RAM: 8GB DDR3 |
