ehm. idk if this problem already solved or not.
but i already solved it myself last week.

as far as i know, you use the 64bit version of ppsspp.
and by trial and errors, i found out that instead of using 64bit version, we should use the 32bit version even if your OS is on 64bit state.
if some error such as msvcp.dll found out while you run the 32bit app,
you can download microsoft visual c++ x86 (32bit ver) and run it to fix the further problem without changing any file in ppsspp directory.
(which make things more difficult)
