But anyway, I recall from your previous post that you're using a Dell Inspiron N5040 which from googling has an Intergrate Intel Graphics chipset, which could be the culprit for this issue.

However, I still need confirmation from your end. Please take a screenshot of your system information screen from PPSSPP (Load up PPSSPP -> go to Settings -> System -> Developer Tools -> System Information) and attach it to your next reply.

If it really is an Intel Integrated card, I recommend that you update the drivers from Intel's website.
