I can also understand where you're coming from as well, but your non-exhaustive list of console emulators for Android already displays a great deal of console quality games on them(emulated of course). I can agree that Android doesn't have many multiplayer games(emulated) and if that was how you quantified the experience, then of course a real console would be better.
