Call Of Duty : Roads To Victory [USA]

I have just discovered a glitch on the Hunner Park level, where one of your computer controlled drones, he goes to walk back to the stairs as seen in this screen shot:    
and gets stuck there, but I found a way of clearing that problem, stand at the top of the stairs & throw a grenade at him, making him move away, which then allows the game to continue.
       
I am now on the Canadian levels, video's play fine.
