You freeze, and after some 10+ seconds if comes back with a communication error right?
Look if you're using the VIRTUAL IP on tunngle, and you're on the same room. Also, the host has to have adhoc server open.
Also, see if you have port fowarded tunngle(green smile on the corner). You can play while yellow face, but not host(so, someone has to have green face to be the host).

And last of all, sometimes that happens. Close PPSSPP and open it again, if all is right and it suddenly you get this error, then re-launch :)
