Yeah, Gran Turismo is a bit too much for it, it's a heavily CPU limited game.
On my own antiquated Core 2 system for example (in signature), I can barely get 100% (60/60) Speed with default settings on the first track. What you can try (as I've outlined in my performance guide) as a last resort is to change the emulated PSP's CPU Clock from the default value (0/222) to about 60 - 80 MHz. This will increase the speed of emulation but will reduce the internal framerate of the game from 60 to 30, allowing your system to run it smoothly enough. Mulithreading is also a great option for your Atom 330 system, since it's capable of Hyperthreading (2 cores / 4 threads).
