As in which Windows are you using?
What version of PPSSPP are you now using?
Are you using the latest version of Graphic Drivers?
If not download the version you need depending on Windows Operating System:

Win 7 ultimate x86, yep, latest driver already installed. non stable version of ppsspp doesnt work. The ppsspp version which is working now is ppsspp-v0.9.6-342-gcb28d33-windows-amd64. The stable versions of 0.9.7 and 0.9.8 are working fine.
