Try the following:-

(Back up the ppsspp.ini file first.)

1. Restore PPSSPP's settings back to default (Settings --> System --> Restore PPSSPP's settings to default) which is the first thing you should do when games misbehave.

2. Disable Fast Memory and Hardware Transform.

If that fails, report back with your system information so that we can help you further. (Settings --> System --> Developer Tools --> System Information)
