Sony is launching a streaming service called Playstation Now, and if I’m not wrong, it will work on all Sony devices like Vita, PS4, Bravia Tvs and Xperia Smartphone and Tablets. The only requirement on Xperias will be a DualShock controller!

You can try ONLIVE .. it can play all console game via streaming .. but you need at least a 2mbps internet speed or it won't start ..

It's not only the speed rate that need to be good, also the ping. If your ping is so high (like mine), you will get connection issue message. My ping usualy is more than 100ms, but my internet is between 5-10mbs.
