Yeah, after looking at your sys info screenshot I'm inclined to blame the drivers of your Intel Integrated Graphics chipset for the issue. Either that or the card isn't a good match at all for PPPSSPP with Windows 8 for this particular game with Buffered Rendering. We've obtained reports of a few others who've had issues with their Integrated Cards after updating/reinstalling the OS from Windows 7 to Windows 8, which requires different drivers. This can be a bit iffy, especially on older Intel Integrated GFX chipsets that came with the Core/Core 2 CPUs. (pre the HD 2xxx/3xxx/4xxx era). My advice to you would be to ensure you're on the latest mandated Intel drivers for your card from the Intel website.
