I do believe I have the lastest version, as I bought it from Google Play. As for fps Kizuna Drive for example works 30/30fps and 100% speed, but WWE works 25/60fps but 100% speed I don't know how that works. I'll see what other games my cousin has since I ripped the games from his PSP and check but as far only 2/6 games work...
