Holy...! For real? You have to to finish the game once to be able to play the dlc? This is the case for ppsspp or it's also applied for the real psp?

Why you seem so suprised there? DLC will be playable after you finish all the story missions from Rank 1 to Rank 10 including the challenge rank, not all mission.
