at the loading opening (not get inside the menu) and its said "The ppsspp stopped working correctly" ... can u guys help me?

1. Update ppsspp to the latest
2. Check the Game Compability
3. Make sure you already installed DirectX 2013 for x86/64 you choose
4. Which vga used? (nvidia,ati or intel only)
5. Go check the forum the game you wanted to play for some information about build.
