the psp on my laptop won't support openGL 2.0 please help! I'll have my pc info post.

Well GPU is technically "Graphic Processing Unit" so doesn't really matter if the chip is on extenshion card, on mobo or even on the same die with cpu the term will still be correct.
We have other terms like IGP ~ "Integrated Graphic Processor" specially for those, but then again with new AMD/Intel solutions the term APU(Accelerated Processing Unit) got popular and technically it doesn't really matter because it still uses different chips called CPU and GPU doesn't matter how close they work together.

Oh and like can be seen here, GMA 4500MHD which I assume this chip is actually does support OGL 2.1, so installing new drivers from intel official site actually might help, however intel drivers are always crap so you'll never know unless you try;p. Good luck.
