The two smartphones are fast although one is htc quad core 2g RAM Also 4s is fast, Usually With All htc android emulators and there are several games That come out first on iOS and later depart for android but have sule iOS as its exclusive Republique and several That more are not for android, htc one has bigger screen to play and That Gives advantages for the iphone 4s screen is not the same as an ipod touch 5, and I have iOS games is good for Smartphones Between Those two is better htc one noce if your system but if its hardware, ios jailbreak need to install emulators.
