9.7 Textures Scalling Bug also unfixed buffered rendering effect.
The Textures Scalling work fine in 9.6 then at 9.7 i notify some glitch.
        without TxS & with TxS from ULUS10563 Gods Eater Burst
        w & w/o from NPJH50515 Danganronpa
        w/o & w ULUS10515 Valkyria Chronicles II
and some buffered rendering bug
        from ULES01513 The 3rd Birthday (sometimes even worst when you press Triangle)
        from ULUS10563 Gods Eater Burst
tell me if you had the same problems
