Yep, totally playable
The only problem is black screen when you hit and break something (same issue as Ratchet & Clank SM).
And the solution is just switching to 'buffered rendering mode'(same solution as Ratchet & Clank SM

Buffered rendering mode is also safe on this game, because in non buffered mode it may freeze on same screens.
If your pc is lagging on buffered mode, just change the rendering resolution from 'Auto (1:1)' to '1x PSP'(Lowest).
