Not all cells are being drawn

I'm playing a game and not all of the cells are showing up on the game. it's cutting my characters in half basically.

What? Sorry I don't get what you mean...

if you can tell us the game and on which build and on which platform, that would be helpfull... otherwise, you wont get the help you need...
