I'm having a problem playing with my friend and i was wondering if anyone knew of a fix to help.

My friend is able to connect to my adhoc server but when we both go into the hall it's like were in different rooms (even though we both go into hall one). i have my computers IP forwarded we are using different mac addresses and i can't seem to find a fix.
