It's avalible for Samsung smartphones(due to copyright) from S3 to higher models 
it's called motion capture you can find it in your settings and turn it on if you got Sasug ofc . It's easy to use just swype screen with your full hand and it will save screen (you can do that durning usage of any apps) if you don't have Samsung try to get one XD or gl looking for right app at PlayStore.
