Language-specific subforums? (Chinese, Russian, more?)

I could try japanese although it's not my first language..and I'm not sure if there's a big community of japanese involved with ppsspp(although sony is from japan).I support though the idea of having sub-forums,better have them all in one place than scattered around,hopefully there are volunteers
