That link has only been posted half a dozen times in this thread. Of course I downloaded it from there.

And yes, I extracted it first. And I've downloaded multiple times, and multiple different versions, all giving the same result.

edit: Oho, success! So it turns out my problem was the program I use to extract things. It wasn't WinRAR or 7zip, but it always worked for me with everything else. I downloaded WinRAR on the chance that it might fix my problem and it did!
