MHFU and MHP3rd best settings

Nah, not really... I already checked that thread multiple times... I thought there might be some settings that don't work well with the MH series (like software skinning).
Is there a way to skip only 0.5 frames instead of 1? In MHFU, Frameskip 1 feels choppy and makes it unplayable to me.
And a little request: it would be nice if you guys added game specific options so that I don't have change the stuff everytime I play another game.
