Textures problem

Hey, I have a problem with few games.
Some textures have a square blocks around them:

also in few games I'm missing text(monster hunter, MGS peacewalker for example).

Also when I try to run Shin Budokai games and BlazBlue, the emulator crashes.

Any way to fix it? It's really annoying.
