Weird how Samurai Showdown Anthology has a similar issue when loading VI. Coincidentally, they were originally developed on the Atomiswave arcade board.
OS: Windows 8.1
Video chipset: AMD Radeon HD 8400
Processor: AMD A6 5200 2.0Ghz quad core.
