I'm able to play this game on Linux with PPSSPP v0.9.6-447-g737ef1c.
Although I had to turn on mutithreading and turn off buffered rendering. Otherwise I had a black screen.

EDIT:
After many attempts, I managed to run the game on Android (PPSSPP v0.9.6-447-g737ef1c).
I had to turn on mutithreading and turn off buffered rendering (same procedure as on Linux; earlier I didn't notice that multithreading is making a big change, sorry). Otherwise, I saw only darkness Tongue
