Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker

I have a problem...

At the final boss (Peace walker fight 2) I left him with 2 bars of life and then he tries to lounch a nuke. The problem is that no matter how many times a hit him with rocket lounchers, he doesn't flinch... I've looked for this problem at google and I found that is a bug that doesn't let you kill the final boss no matter what... And the only solution that I found is cheating, and I don't want to do that.

Do you know if there's a solution for this?[/align]
