[Solved] ppsspp android controller/gamepad otg cable ( is It possible?)

Don't get a Moga if you're playing a brawler or a fighting game that requires fast inputs or fast taps, there is input loss when performing fast taps with those Moga controllers, I own one (It's much goddamn worse than the virtual D-pad on the touch screen, can't even dash in BlazBlue or GuiltyGear games).

For best playability I suggest wired controllers plugged with OTG cables like the Xbox 360's one, there are apps on the market that allows further configuration on these controllers.
