So if its win 7 I quess its 64 bit system, or you use win 7 32bit? Then you should download 64 bit(if your system is 64bit) PPSSPP. or move emulator to c:\Program Files (x86).
And you can find PPSSPP builds here:
http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/
I know how this all of it sound, but sometimes peoples have 64 bit system and use 32/86 bit software, or they have 32/86 bit systems and use 64 bit software.
Edit.
I have to go offline now, so If you don't find solution I'll try help you when I come back, see ya later.
yeah is 32 bit and now i am testing what you said and thanks for the link i will try a soon is possible

like this?
Sorry to butt in (since I think Kokoro is doing a rather splendid job in helping you out), but looking at the OpenGL version, it seems like the drivers you're currently using for your ATI card (which I'm inferring from the OpenGL BETA version and using Google) are rather outdated. It's very important to be on newer ones, especially since some rather advanced OpenGL functionality had been added to the emulator recently (Depth Blitting and Dual Source Alpha in particular)
Try updating your drivers to at least the 11.11a ones from the following site and report your findings please:-

If it is as I suspect, PPSSPP should be working on your card after you've updated your drivers.
the link dont work!i click agree and send me up to AMD page and say download not complete and i cant update what you say but is this are safe?i mean update the openGL will no affect my pc ?
