I have just the same problem.
CPU: Core 2 Duo P8700
Chipset: GM45 Express
Graphics driver: GMA 4500MHD(customized by manufacturer)

I can't see neither FPS nor Debug statistics, too. Sad
sorry about my pooooooooooooooor English

Win Core2Duo P8700: working again from v0.7-317-g7425532
Win Corei5: working fine!
Android APQ8064: some playable games on windows stuck.
