Please don't post in all caps, let alone caps lock with a huge font.

Anyway, PPSSPP doesn't support UMD videos, so you're out of luck there. Next, what games are you trying to play, what's the exact version of PPSSPP (saying latest means little) you're using, and what sort of Android device are you using?
