All above is wrong
It should be memstick/PSP/SAVEDATA/GAME(create it if you dont has one)/(put you DLC inside here)

So I have to create a new folder "GAME" in "SAVEDATA". Thank you very much for this explanation.
Now I can't wait to play my GEB .........
Is another game DLC must put in there, like MHP3rd ?
