Are these phone are suitable for ppsspp?

Lenovo a369i
Mediatek dual core arm v7 1.3ghz
Mali 400 mp
Antutu score = 10980
Ram 512 mb
screen resolution = 400x800

Mito A90 (indo-china brand)
Mediatek dual core 1ghz
Power vr sgx
Antutu score = 8000<higher
Screen resolution = 240x320
ram 512 mb

are these android phone can play

Ridge racer 1 & 2
Wipeout pure & pulse
gran turismo

P.S. : Mito A90 price is Rp 550.000 = US$44.98
I surprised that mito uses power vr. But, can ppsspp play on 240x320 resolution?
