Going below 25% Alternate Speed

Hello fellow members
After messing with the ppsspp.ini file i figured out how to go below 25% and this will help greatly if the person you're playing with is rather far from you.
DO NOT ENTER THE PPSSPP SETTINGS MENU OR IT WILL RESET
Ok, so this is the line you're looking for
FrameRate =

100% is 60 fps,50% is 30 fps,25% is 15 fps. All you need is some simple math.
For example, I want 5% alternate speed. So I do this 5/100*60 and i get 3.
So I just need to do this "Framerate = 3" and Tada, 5% alternate speed.

Sorry if you don't understand, I suck at explaining things.
