What may be with my tablet?

Guys, I don't know if someone here can help me, but I'll try. I was using the Google Earth on my tablet, then when I back to the home screen, my tablet has restarted, but now it's in infinity boot, only in the screen "Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus bla bla bla", and won't go to the Samsung logo. I left it all night on to see if it will really start, but in next morning, the tablet was without battery. So I tried to charge, but the charge is screen is in boot loop, and doesn't charge the device. Now I can't try to reinstall the ROM in the tablet because of the low battery. My USB cable also is damaged, I couldn't connect via USB on my PC, only charge the battery (when was working). There's any solution?
