Yes - use Dreamcast GDI to Mame CHD Converter from http://www.emutalk.net/threads/51502-GDI-to-CHD

I used it to convert Crazy taxi GDI (total uncompressed size 1.1gb) to a CHD file (118Mb) and it worked in Reicast.

Wah! really? Must try this. Need to free some space. GDI is consuing my free space.
