New way to report game and compatibility

so let's bring this up to life.

First let's explain this concept better with point to point form:
- Unique token for each ppsspp users. This is private and shouldn't be shared.
- Need the token from ppsspp to report
- Token is is stored inside a database with all the game this token (unique users) played so far.
- A thread will be opened on forum for each new GAME report. (by gameid and Game name)
- Possible to comment directly on the report system.
- A list of all psp games will be generated on the report form (less trouble for us and the user this way)
- This website will be organized like this : A | B | C | D | E....
- Possibility to search report directly by using a game name
- Ranking page (list the one who report the most )
- reward for the one who report the most?? (No point to this but could be interesting)
- ppsspp could return the configuration and average fps while playing this specific game in the db linked with the token and when loading the report show these.

Ps.: forgot to put ppsspp version, average fps and ppsspp configuration in the form :/
