a9 will always be better for gaming in general.. to get the same performance out of an a7, you would need to overclock drastically.
ie: a9 is nearly twice as fast in benchmarks.. 1.5/2 GHz a7 is about 1ghz a9.. if that makes sense 600 MHz a9 is about 1ghz a7, give or take.. I'm trying to get to the point.. to get the same performance out of a 1ghz a9 CPU with an a7, you would need a major overclock.
