Ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Its not (in my opinion) illegal if they don't provide a service to you and you want it.. in your words "I'd buy this game if available in my country" so you are willing to pay, but arnt given the opertunity.. needs must lol

Like if a certain game you like isn't compatible with your device, through official channels.. ie: Google play, but if you acquire elsewhere it works ?!? that to me isn't illegal.. its when you can get the game but choose not to pay is when its illegal IMO.
