I see you are loading a save state.
If I bug is saved in the save state,if that bug is triggering your problem,no matter how much times you try,you will always get the same result.

I almost clear the whole game(130 hours till now)and I've never encounter a single crash but I'm using much older version(0.9.1-1463 x86)
Just for a test,try that version and keep in mind that if you don't download the at3plusdecoder,you won't have music
