The difference in quality is huge.Along with the ability to change the rendering resolution(up to 10 levels the game native resolution),you also have shaders,texture upscaling(up to 5 levels),texture filtering and anisotropic filtering.

No matter where the filtering levels are, it just doesn't look like filtering is there. Text is very ashy and pixelated. We need a controllable bilinear filtering setting. The default one only shows when you use low resolution.
