Actually there is even easier way.
Open the image(ISO,not cso)with some hex editor=>search for this hex string
50534D46303031350000080000055800
and once you find it,replace the 50 with 0 and save

I prefer MadEdit because it can open huge files instantly,save(update)them instantly and many other features...and it's portable(no registry writing)

This way you will not change the lba or the image size in any way and get the same result(the video will be skipped)
