For Microsoft Windows SDK for Windows 7 (7.1) stated in the thread http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5231, is it necessary to download it even for a 32bit Windows 7 or no? and can u explain a bit how do u use git bash for step one 
Edit: one more question is this build for 64 only because I use 32 bit (maybe that why it doesn't work O_O)
