Its not the gamepad cause i use the same for Extend and Extand works fine.

Something's wrong with the emulator.
And as i can see you have AMD Graphics, maybe there's problem on the Nvidia graphics driver or something else that i don't know.

Have tried to play with the keyboard, still get the input lags.

And we are talking about Windows PPSSPP not about Android version so spare the comments about working fine on Android.
